Michael McInnis, B. Sc., P. Eng.

Director, CEO and Chairman of the Board

Mr. McInnis brings over 35 years of experience in mineral exploration in North America and overseas to the Company. He provides sound management expertise with over 25 years of experience in managing public resource companies and has a demonstrated track record in acquiring and developing high quality mineral projects. He serves on the Boards of several other minerals companies including Abacus Mining & Exploration Corp., Canasil Resources Inc. and Victoria Gold Corp. Mr. McInnis has primary managerial responsibility for the Company's activities.

Dwayne L. Melrose

Director, President and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Melrose has over 30 years' experience in the mining industry, ranging from early stage exploration through to mine operations in both open pit and underground mine operations. He spent twenty-one years with Cameco Corporation/Centerra Gold Inc. in Canada, the USA and Kazakhstan. Mr. Melrose was responsible for the exploration team and all programs at the Kumtor Gold Mine in the Kyrgyz Republic where he was responsible for the discovery of the high grade SB Zone, which significantly increased the reserves and resources at the mine. The Kumtor Gold Mine is the sixteenth largest gold mine in the world. Mr. Melrose joined the Minco Mining Group in 2007, where he was directly responsible for the overall technical aspects of the exploration and development programs. As the VP of Exploration for Minco Silver Corporation, Mr. Melrose was directly responsible for defining the Fuwan silver deposit (157 million ounces) and as VP of Exploration for Minco Gold Corporation, upgraded the Changkeng gold deposit to +1 million ounces gold. Mr. Melrose is a Director for Cream Minerals Ltd.

James Robertson, B. Sc., P. Eng.

Director

Mr. Robertson has been actively involved in mining and mineral exploration and development since 1967. He is President of Midas Management Inc., a private company that provides management, administration and financing services to junior resource companies, two of which graduated to full listings on the London Stock Exchange. He also serves on the Boards of other listed companies including Sennen Resources Ltd. and was, until recently, a director of Primary Metals Inc. until it was acquired by Sojitz Corp. Mr. Robertson has primary responsibility for managing the Company's commercial dealings, its strategic planning and corporate development.

Alvin Jackson, B. Sc., P. Geo.

Director

Mr. Jackson has over 35 years of worldwide experience in mineral exploration and development. During his career he has been directly involved with the exploration drilling and pre-feasibility studies on two major gold deposits and one porphyry copper deposit, all of which subsequently became producers. His experience includes work as an Exploration Manager for Cyprus Minerals Canada Inc. between 1989 - 1992 and from 1999 - 2005 he served as President and COO of EuroZinc Mining Corp and directed that company in its acquisition of the Neves Corvo copper mine in Portugal. Currently, Mr. Jackson serves as Chairman and CEO of of Brazilian Gold Corporation and is on the Board of several other mineral companies including Nordic Diamonds Ltd., and Canasil Resources Inc.

Gregory Isenor, B. Sc., P. Geo.

Director

Mr. Isenor has worked continuously since 1970 in the mineral exploration industry in Canada, USA, Asia, Africa, Australia and New Zealand. He has served as a Director of the PDAC for 12 years and as past president of the Chamber of Mineral Resources of Nova Scotia. From 2003 to 2005 he was President and CEO of Jilbey Gold Exploration until its merger with High River Gold Mines. Jilbey was successful in identifying the Bissa gold deposit in Burkina Faso. Mr. Isenor will be actively involved with the exploration programs on the Company's gold properties in Burkina Faso. He also serves as a director of Merrex Resources Inc.

Rick Bailes, M. Sc., P. Geo.

Director

Mr. Bailes holds a bachelor's degree in geology from McGill University and a Master's degree in geology from the University of Manitoba. He has previously served as President and CEO of Canadian Gold Hunter Corp. and has over 30 years of experience in the mining industry. He has held senior positions with Abermin Corporation, Pan Ocean Oil Ltd. and Kennecott Copper. Mr Bailes brings a solid background in the evaluation and development of mineral projects to the Riverstone board.

Robert (Bob) Martinez, B.S. (Eng.)

Director

Mr. Martinez has developed and managed some of the world's premier mining projects, during an international career spanning over three decades. He has over 34 years of mine operation and plant design experience with major mining companies such as Phelps Dodge Corp, AMAX Inc., Amselco Minerals and Coeur d'Alene Mines Corp. He was General Manager of the Rochester and Alligator Ridge open pit gold mines in Nevada, as well as a senior manager at major copper/moly open pit mines in Arizona and Colorado. Mr. Martinez has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Metallica Resources Inc and Zacoro Metals. He served on the Nevada Mining Association Board for nine years, two of which he was Chairman. He has served on the University of Nevada Reno School of Mines Advisory Board, the UNR Biodiversity Research and Development Initiative Advisory Board and the Nevada Humanities Committee Advisory Board.

Peter V. Gundy

Director

Mr. Gundy began his career as a lawyer specializing in the practice of mergers and acquisitions and subsequently earned a MSc (Econ) from the London School of Economics. In 1976 he was one of three senior officers who founded and managed the Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan Ltd. The Potash Corp became one of Canada's most successful companies, creating high value jobs in a secondary Canadian market and ultimately becoming Canada's largest mining company. In 1979 Mr. Gundy worked as a VP of Brascan and subsequently became a VP of Dominion Securities. In the 1980's he formed Renaissance Securities Inc, a securities dealer specializing in assisting small and medium mining companies to raise funds in the private and public markets. In 1992 Mr. Gundy and Mary Aitken founded Neo Materials Technologies Inc (NEM). From start-up, Mr. Gundy created one of Canada's most successful Asian based enterprises. With manufacturing plants in China and Thailand it is currently number one in the world in producing powerful high-tech bonded magnets for the world's electronic industry. From start-up, the company grew steadily and reached sales volume of $250 million by 2007, Mr. Gundy's last full year as Chairman. NEM currently has a market capitalization exceeding $1 billion. He is currently a certified Director of the Institute of Corporate Directors, Chairman of Verde Potash PLC and a Director of Clifton Star Resources Inc.

Paul G. Anderson, B. Sc., M. Sc., P. Geo.

Vice-President, Exploration

Mr. Anderson has over 25 years experience in the mineral exploration industry, including 12 years spent as a consultant to both major and junior mining companies, working on projects in Canada, South America and East and West Africa. This included over of three years in a senior role with Channel Resources in Burkina Faso in the 1990's. Mr. Anderson has primary responsibility for the operation of the company's exploration office in Burkina Faso, and for directing the company's exploration programs.

Ryan E. Torvik, CA

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Torvik joined Riverstone in October 2011 as Chief Financial Officer and has 15 years of executive management, finance, operations, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets experience in a number of industries with extensive international exposure. Prior to joining Riverstone, Mr. Torvik held a similar position with one of the Lundin Group Companies primarily focused in the Russian Federation and Commonwealth of Independent States. Mr. Torvik received his Chartered Accountant designation in 2000 and holds a bachelor of commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan.
